The service of national, international calls and fax is available at the reception. If you wish call from your room to another just dial 7 and the number of the room you wish to communicate. To communicate with the reception from your room just dial (0) .

IMPORTANT: we are not responsible for the lost of objects of value or money outside the security system.

In our Hotel we count on 205 rooms with balcony distributed in: (72-Deluxe) (30 Junior) (103 Standard) with an electrical service and our own plant. The rooms are equipped with cable, television, fridge, air conditioned, cold and hot water.
Air control: the reception provides you with the control of your A/C system already programmed, you just need to turn it on and you will find the air with a temperature of 30. To change the temperature press:

"TOO WARM" to lower temperature
"TOO COOL" to increase the temperature.

We kindly ask you to program the system at a temperature of 19 or higher otherwise the system will freeze and will not cool, please wait a moment while the air is adapting to the temperature chosen.

NOTE: we remind our guests that the lost of the A/C control, TV control, the key of the room , the key of the pivot of the safe box will be charged US$ 100.00 for each of the listed articles.
